Our story

Stefano Luise Engineering S.r.l. was founded in Padua, Italy, as the evolution of the professional practice of Eng. Stefano Luise, with the goal of offering businesses a single point of reference for structural engineering and work equipment safety.

The lean company structure is a deliberate choice: fast decisions, direct responsibility and a relationship with no intermediaries between the client and the engineer who signs the project. Over the years the firm has consolidated multi-year partnerships with industrial manufacturers and progressively widened its scope of services, from the verification of steel racking to non-destructive testing of welds.

The founder — Eng. Stefano Luise

Sole Director of the company, Eng. Stefano Luise has over thirty years of experience in steel racking, self-supporting warehouses and storage systems, gained in technical management roles leading technical offices and R&D departments at leading companies in the sector. He has signed numerous structures as design engineer and acted as Works Manager (Direzione Lavori), combining deep technical expertise in structural engineering with a results-driven approach: every assignment is followed personally, from the first analysis to the delivery of the final documentation.
