Self-supporting steel staircase providing maintenance access to the levels of an automated warehouse. An external structure over 23 m high, verified for seismic, wind and snow actions.

Steel carport for two covered parking spaces, with a dual-pitch roof facing east and west carrying 16 photovoltaic modules of 470 W each, for a total of 7.52 kWp.

The challenge: a high-density warehouse in a seismic zone with racking lacking up-to-date calculation documentation, to be verified without halting operations.
The solution: geometric survey, FEM modelling and seismic response spectrum analysis to EN 15512 and EN 16681.
The result: structures verified, load notices updated, zero days of warehouse downtime.
Turnkey industrial mezzanine
The challenge: doubling the company's usable floor area without extending the building, on a tight delivery schedule.
The solution: parametric 3D modelling in SAP2000, profile optimisation and a complete NTC 2018 calculation report for filing.
The result: design delivered on schedule, structure built and tested.
Notification of pressure tanks
The challenge: a plant manufacturer with pressure tanks to be placed in service in compliance with directive 2014/29/EU.
The solution: thickness verification calculations, preparation of the technical documentation and full management of the CIVA procedure.
The result: tanks notified and in service with no findings from the inspection body.
Qualification of a new racking system
The challenge: a manufacturer needed to place a new pallet racking line on the market with certified load capacities, valid also in seismic zones.
The solution: a campaign of laboratory experimental tests on components and connections, FEM analyses correlated with the results, and product certification to EN 15512 and EN 16681.
The result: qualified system, certified load tables and compliant marking, ready for sale.
