Through the contact form we collect: full name, company, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of the message. Data are processed solely to answer the request and prepare a quote where applicable (legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request, art. 6.1.b GDPR).
While browsing, technical data (IP address, access logs) may be collected for security purposes and the proper operation of the website (legal basis: legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Data collected through the form are kept for the time needed to handle the request and, where an assignment follows, for the duration of the contractual relationship and the related legal obligations.
Data are not disclosed or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. They may be accessed by the technical providers hosting the website and the mailbox, acting as data processors. The website embeds third-party services (Google Maps, Google Fonts) that may process technical browsing data: see the Cookie Policy.
Data subjects may exercise at any time the rights under articles 15–22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability) by writing to info@stefanoluiseengineering.it. A complaint may also be lodged with the Italian supervisory authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
Providing the data marked as mandatory in the form is necessary to handle the request; failure to provide them makes this impossible.
