What we do
- Gap analysis of catalogue products against the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2023/1230
- Assessment against the new Annex I (high-risk products) and the applicable conformity assessment procedures
- Update of the risk assessment and the technical file to the essential health and safety requirements
- Management of substantial modification on machinery and plants already in service, assessing the obligation to re-apply CE marking
- Review of instructions, manuals and the declaration of conformity, including in digital format
- Support in planning market placement around the 20 January 2027 deadline
Methodology
We start from a documentation review and a working session with your technical office to map the current state of compliance. The outcome is an adaptation plan with priorities, responsibilities and deadlines, covering design, documentation and internal procedures. Where required, structural verification of components is carried out with FEM analysis in support of the technical file.
