What we do

Two-yearly checks for the fire risk assessment of photovoltaic systems, under the Italian Fire Brigade guideline DCPREV 14030/2025
Infrared thermographic inspections of modules and switchboards to IEC TS 62446-3, to detect hot spots and anomalies
Checks following transformation, modification or extension of the system
Review of the documentation and of the compatibility of the system with the fire-regulated activity
Recording of the results in the fire safety control register (Ministerial Decree of 1 September 2021)
Identification of corrective actions and support in planning them

Methodology

The service combines fire prevention expertise with imaging diagnostics: after the document review and the framing of the activity subject to Fire Brigade control, the field inspection is carried out with a thermal camera following the criteria of IEC TS 62446-3, under suitable irradiance conditions. The anomalies detected (hot spots, degraded connections, modules with abnormal shading) are classified by criticality and collected in a report with photographic and thermographic documentation.
