Methodology

Definition of the design space, loads and constraints; the algorithm places material only where it is needed to carry the loads. The resulting geometry is reinterpreted into a manufacturable form in 3D CAD (Inventor, SolidWorks) and validated with a confirmatory FEM analysis.
